Hi, I'm Juho-Matias and here's little bit about me. Where I started and where I am today. Showing what's possible. When I started my training journey, I was a skinny teenager who wanted to be strong and also have a great physique, which is why I decided to follow powerbuilding style of training. Focusing on both strength and building muscle. Strength and muscle gains didn’t come easily for me. I know what it’s like to feel frustrated—wanting to hit bigger numbers in the gym, build a physique that reflects your hard work, and break through plateaus, but not knowing if you’re on the right path.

Back when I started, I could barely squat and deadlift 60kg, and my bench press maxed out at just 40kg for reps. Fast forward five years, and now I can squat 250kg, deadlift 270kg, and bench press 140kg for reps—all while building the kind of physique I used to dream of. And the best part? I’m still just getting started.
